Committed to Our Clients

When you call, you speak to a real person here in our office. At your first appointment, you will meet directly with the attorney who will be handling your case; he will not be turning it over to a subordinate. He will take the time to get to know you and the details of your case so he can represent you effectively. Clear communication with our clients is a priority in our office. Your calls will be returned promptly every time.

We believe in maximizing the value of each client’s case rather than processing clients on an assembly line. Our results show that we know what works with juries in this community, giving your case greater value in the eyes of the insurance company. We serve the interests of our clients, first and foremost. Our personal injury attorneys do their best to relieve the stress and uncertainty that can accompany these cases.

Board-Certified Florida Attorneys—a Unique Distinction

Attorney Brian Beason is Board-Certified by the Florida Bar in Business Litigation. Attorney Cort Frohlich is Board-Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law. Attorney Brian Beason is currently the only attorney Board-Certified for Business Litigation by the Florida Bar in all of Charlotte County. Attorney Cort Frohlich is one of only three attorneys in Charlotte County with Board Certification for Civil Trial Law.

Board Certification by the Florida Bar is a selective designation carried by “only 7 percent of eligible Florida Bar members,” according to the Florida Bar website. Florida Board-Certified attorneys have been evaluated for competence and experience in a particular area of law. Receiving Board Certification distinguishes lawyers as experts or specialists in this area of law. Attorneys Beason and Frohlich are acknowledged as experts or specialists in Business Litigation and Civil Trial Law, respectively.

To schedule a free consultation with Brian Beason for business litigation issues or Cort Frohlich for a civil trial consultation, please contact our office today at (941) 960-7225.
